At drop off we require just a $35 diagnostic fee. Labor after this can range between $45-$90, but will never be more than this.

Meet the Techs
Steve is from the Jacksonville area and attended college at St. Johns River Community College and studied related coursework at Southeastern Technical College. He has over 25 years of IT support experience in a broad area of concentrations. A jack of all computer trades, Steve has worked at multiple Fortune 500 companies, Internet service providers and computer repair stores. His expertise includes troubleshooting all Microsoft operating systems, virus and spyware removal, PC repair, hard drive diagnostics and data recovery, LAN/WAN technologies, TCP/IP and other networking and Internet protocols. Steve and his wife have lived in Metter for three years and Southeast Georgia overall for the last 16 years. They have a boy and girl, ages 12 and 8 respectively.
Our Intern Program
We proudly support Georgia Southern University and every quarter we have some great interns with us. They gain valuable experience in real world IT related work, and we get talented helpers that have a passion for their fields. It's a win/win!
